In addition to regular daytime hours, I offer many after school/after work sessions. I have limited weekend availability. 

I am an out-of-network provider.  As this creates a barrier to access, I also offer a limited number of reduced fee slots on my caseload. 

Your insurance plan may include out-of-network benefits. I will generate a superbill for your submission for reimbursement. 

Insurance coverage for out-of-network providers varies by deductible and % reimbursement for sessions. 

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, healthcare providers must provide a "Good Faith Estimate" when an individual is not insured or is self-paying. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of services before beginning sessions.

Subsequent sessions: $180 / 45-50 minute session

Adults

Intake: $200

Subsequent sessions: $165 / 45-50 minute session

Higher rates for children reflect included services such as a parent intake meeting, coordination of care with schools or other professionals, and parent check-ins throughout treatment.
